During this year’s Retiree Annual Benefits Open Enrollment period – Thursday, October 1st through Saturday, October 31st – you have the opportunity to review and change your benefits elections to meet your needs for 2027.
If you want to keep the same coverage you have today for next year, please complete the “Health Care Plan Election Form” with updated personal information and note NO change. If you wish to make any changes, please download the appropriate form(s) below for submittal to the Clerk of Court Human Resources.
